A reservation is made once a booking together with a deposit (35% of the full tour amount) has been received from you. Europesbig5 then confirms the booking in writing via email or post. Provisional bookings can be held for 10 days, pending receipt of booking payment.
Deposits are non-refundable. The balance for trips/workshops is generally payable 60 days before the holiday and the specific date will be advised on confirmation of your booking. Unless notice of cancellation is received prior to the balance payment date, balance monies will remain due and payable. Once you have paid your final balance the total amount is non-refundable. By paying your deposit/payment you agree to these conditions. It is your responsibility to take out travel insurance to cover and be prepared for all eventualities.

Prices are quoted on current rates and all prices are quoted in EUR. Europesbig5 reserve the right to apply a surcharge should an unexpected local rate increase occur including statutory increases beyond our control. We will of course try to avoid this at all costs. By committing to the trip and paying the deposit you agree to this surcharge if it is necessary. If you decide not to pay it and pull out then you will not be entitled to any refund.

If Europesbig5 needs to fully cancel a tour for any reason, then a full refund of the amount paid by you will be made. Europesbig5 can accept no further liability.
Europesbig5 reserves the right to change the itinerary of any holiday due to circumstances beyond control. Any significant alterations will be notified to you, and any such alterations made will be of a similar quality to those described in the holiday details.

Wildlife is unpredictable and Europesbig5 cannot guarantee that the wildlife will be seen nor that photos will be obtained. The tours are based on wild animal behaviour for which we cannot accept any responsibility.

All names and addresses held on the Europesbig5 mailing list are held on computer. Europesbig5 does not store any information or your credit card details. No information stored will ever be passed to a third party. If however, you object to your details being stored, please inform us and we shall remove them.
Insurance Indemnity

Europesbig5 cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal items, or for personal accident or injury: all activities are entered into at your own risk, although Europesbig5 is covered by worldwide public liability insurance. As such it is a fundamental condition of Europesbig5 tours that your own personal travel insurance is in place, covering cancellation and curtailment, medical and emergency expenses (including repatriation), personal accident, injury and death in addition to loss of/damage to luggage and possessions, personal possessions and flight cancellations/delays. You are responsible for your own personal medication and it is essential that you bring extra supplies with you.
By paying a deposit related with a booking you acknowledge that Europesbig5 has taken all reasonable steps to safeguard its liability in this respect.
